English: This building is the 'Hor Samran Phirun' or the Royal rest house of the Cambodian royal palace at Phnom Penh.
It is also the place where the King waits to mount an elephant for royal processions.
The building was originally constructed in 1917 to store musical instruments and procession implements; it currently houses displays of gifts from foreign heads of state.
